Thompson’s Ashwagandha Complex Night is formulated with a blend of specially selected herbal active ingredients namely Ashwagandha, Passion Flower and Lavender. Ashwagandha Complex Range can help provide the daily support you need for the symptoms of stress so you can get on with your day.
The Ashwagandha Complex Night is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help the body adapt to stress and Passionflower and lavender oil are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy sleeping patterns.
Ingredients
Ashwagandha extract 150mg
Derived from dry root 1.5g (1500mg)
Standardised to contain Withanolides 3.75mg
Passionflower extract 150mg
Derived from dry herb (flowering and fruiting) 750mg
Lavender Oil 20mg
Directions
Two capsules evening, or as professionally prescribed.

No Added Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya bean. No artificial colours or flavours.
The active ingredients in both products are plant-based and vegan friendly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How much is delivery?
For all orders $85.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is FREE. Our delivery fees are a flat $8.95 for less than $85.00 within Australia. We can also ‘Express Post’ your package for a flat fee of $15.00.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. The rates are competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout and starts from $10.00.
How do you package orders?
Our packaging is as minimal as possible. We always use recycled boxes and use Sendle for our mailers. Sendle provide 100% carbon neutral shipping and all their mailers are compostable. If you receive any white 'plastic beans' in your order these are cornstarch peanuts. We don't buy them, we receive them from suppliers and keep them moving around the globe. They are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in less than a minute under water. We'll wrap your product if we think it needs it to be kept safe for transport.
How does 1st Nature choose brands and products to stock?
1st Nature only sources and stocks the best clean beauty, skincare, wellness, plastic free and home and lifestyle products with a huge focus on Australian made, local products. If I wouldn’t recommend it to a client as a naturopath, I won’t sell it. Australia has amazing natural and native ingredients and incredible products, so I want to support local brands wherever possible.

100% YES. Every product will be free of animal testing and is a key criteria in anything sold on the site. We also stock an extensive range of vegan products across clean beauty, plastic free & wellness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and GooglePay. I will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note I don't store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.
