Gillian will take you through a full consultation and follow up appointment and develop a treatment plan individually tailored to best support your health goals. She will assess how each of your body systems are functioning (e.g. digestive, hormonal, liver, circulatory, immune, reproductive &/or musculoskeletal) and will evaluate your stress levels, sleep health and your current diet and lifestyle.

You will receive dietary and supplement advice, information so you can reach your short term and long-term goals as well as testing options if applicable.  

Your consult will be completely tailored to suit your goals. Wherever you are on your health journey, if you’re not getting the results you want from other treatments, together we will find the best fit in achieving your health goals.
