Oriental Botanicals Anxiolift includes a highly concentrated1 extract of ashwagandha (also known as withania) called KSM-66® to:
- Relieve stress symptoms
- Reduce symptoms of mild anxiety
- Improve the body’s capacity to adapt to stress
In Ayurvedic medicine, ashwaganda is traditionally used as both a rejuvenating tonic and adaptogen, and is traditionally taken to promote the body’s ability adapt to stress and relieve stress symptoms.
Polygala: traditionally taken to calm the mind and soothe the spirit in Chinese medicine
The herb polygala reduces irritability and excess nervous energy and calms both the mind and spirit (called shen), according to traditional use in Chinese medicine. It’s also used traditionally in Chinese medicine to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.
Oriental Botanicals Anxiolift also includes a herbal extract of holy basil (tulsi) called OciBest® plus the Chinese herbs citrus peel, magnolia bark and poria mushroom.
Citrus peel: traditionally used as a digestive tonic in Chinese medicine
Citrus peel is Chinese herb, traditionally used to improve digestive weakness and regulate qi (vital energy) to relieve abdominal bloating and fullness, nausea and burping.
Oriental Botanicals Anxiolift also includes a herbal extract of holy basil (tulsi) called OciBest® plus Chinese herbs magnolia bark and poria mushroom.
Dosage
Adults: Take 2 tablets one to two times a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How much is delivery?
For all orders $85.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is FREE. Our delivery fees are a flat $8.95 for less than $85.00 within Australia. We can also ‘Express Post’ your package for a flat fee of $15.00.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. The rates are competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout and starts from $10.00.
How do you package orders?
Our packaging is as minimal as possible. We always use recycled boxes and use Sendle for our mailers. Sendle provide 100% carbon neutral shipping and all their mailers are compostable. If you receive any white 'plastic beans' in your order these are cornstarch peanuts. We don't buy them, we receive them from suppliers and keep them moving around the globe. They are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in less than a minute under water. We'll wrap your product if we think it needs it to be kept safe for transport.
How does 1st Nature choose brands and products to stock?
1st Nature only sources and stocks the best clean beauty, skincare, wellness, plastic free and home and lifestyle products with a huge focus on Australian made, local products. If I wouldn’t recommend it to a client as a naturopath, I won’t sell it. Australia has amazing natural and native ingredients and incredible products, so I want to support local brands wherever possible.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and GooglePay. I will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note I don't store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.
