A high-quality multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant specially formulated for men that may optimise sperm health, a healthy conception and a healthy baby. May support normal male physiology and function and help maintain general wellbeing in men. Provides key antioxidants such as zinc, selenium, vitamins A, C and E, lycopene and CoQ10 that may support healthy sperm parameters. Provides activated B vitamins including folinic acid, an activated form of folate for men with certain genetic polymorphisms and may support healthy methylation, DNA and RNA synthesis and homocysteine metabolism. Contains 1000mcg of hydroxocobalamin, a natural form of vitamin B12 found in food which readily converts to methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin without introducing additional methyl groups.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period of time.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How much is delivery?
For all orders $85.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is FREE. Our delivery fees are a flat $8.95 for less than $85.00 within Australia. We can also ‘Express Post’ your package for a flat fee of $15.00.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. The rates are competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout and starts from $10.00.
How do you package orders?
Our packaging is as minimal as possible. We always use recycled boxes and use Sendle for our mailers. Sendle provide 100% carbon neutral shipping and all their mailers are compostable. If you receive any white 'plastic beans' in your order these are cornstarch peanuts. We don't buy them, we receive them from suppliers and keep them moving around the globe. They are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in less than a minute under water. We'll wrap your product if we think it needs it to be kept safe for transport.
How does 1st Nature choose brands and products to stock?
1st Nature only sources and stocks the best clean beauty, skincare, wellness, plastic free and home and lifestyle products with a huge focus on Australian made, local products. If I wouldn’t recommend it to a client as a naturopath, I won’t sell it. Australia has amazing natural and native ingredients and incredible products, so I want to support local brands wherever possible.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and GooglePay. I will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note I don't store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.
