A baby's nutritional requirements commence prior to conception. During pregnancy, a woman's nutritional requirements increase dramatically, so preparation is vital.

Preconception Multi for Women is a premium multivitamin, multimineral and antioxidant. Designed to help enhance preconception health and prepare the body for pregnancy.
Provides only active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate and is free from copper. This is an ultra-low excipient formula.
Contains 24mg of elemental iron as Ferrochel® in a daily dose, highly bioavailable iron bisglycinate.
Australia's first preconception multi with Quatrefolic®, the 4th generation folate and folinic acid.

Take for at least 3 months prior to conception for best results. Continue with Prenatal Trimester One once pregnant.

Preconception Multi for Women is a multivitamin, multimineral and antioxidant that has been specially formulated to:

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How much is delivery?

For all orders $85.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is FREE. Our delivery fees are a flat $8.95 for less than $85.00 within Australia. We can also ‘Express Post’ your package for a flat fee of $15.00.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. The rates are competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout and starts from $10.00.

How do you package orders?

Our packaging is as minimal as possible. We always use recycled boxes and use Sendle for our mailers. Sendle provide 100% carbon neutral shipping and all their mailers are compostable. If you receive any white 'plastic beans' in your order these are cornstarch peanuts. We don't buy them, we receive them from suppliers and keep them moving around the globe. They are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in less than a minute under water. We'll wrap your product if we think it needs it to be kept safe for transport.

How does 1^st Nature choose brands and products to stock?

1^st Nature only sources and stocks the best clean beauty, skincare, wellness, plastic free and home and lifestyle products with a huge focus on Australian made, local products. If I wouldn’t recommend it to a client as a naturopath, I won’t sell it. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and GooglePay. I will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note I don't store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.
